“Problem is we are not eating food anymore, we are eating food like products. You could be eating to your hearts content. 10,000 calories a day but if you’re not getting the nutrients your body needs in a way they can be digested and assimilated, then you are starving on a nutritional basis and as long as you’re starving on a nutritional basis, your body’s going to stay hungry to get specific nutrients. Now, man made foods like bread, sugar and table salt trick your body into thinking your are getting these specific nutrients and so your body stays hungry for them but then the cells don’t get nourished and as long as the cells aren’t getting nourished you are starving on a cellular level” – Hungry for Change
Do you really know what you are eating anymore? Ethoxylated Diglycerides? Cellulose? Xanthan Gum? Calcium Propionate? Ammonium Sulfate?
Ethoxylated Diglycerides are actually types of fats. These are items that are put into foods in order to help the foods have a longer shelf life.
Xanthan Gum is a substance produced by bacterial fermentation or synthetically and used in foods as a gelling agent and thickener.
Ammonium Sulfate is potentially dangerous to both people and the environment.
Eat food, these days its easier said than done, especially when 17,000 new products show up in the supermarket each year. Yet they don’t deserve to be called food – more like food like edible substances. They’re highly processed concoctions designed by food scientists, consisting of mostly ingredients derived from corn and soy that no normal person keeps in the pantry, and they contain chemical additives with which the human body has not been long acquainted.
Here’s me saying it is vital that everyone takes the initiative to learn about the food industries money making way of thinking, why you are addicted or crave foods, you need to educate yourself in order to increase your longevity. It is simple as if you can not pronounce the ingredients it is best that you don’t buy it. Check your labels, be pro-active about your health and nourish your body with food that thrives instead of food that never dies.

“If I was in the food industry, what am I looking to do? I want to sell you more food, that’s what I want to do. How can I do that? I can manipulate the chemical structure of their food so that it now becomes not fulfilling but empty. But gives the impression when they first ingest it, that it is the most fulfilling thing they have ever had” – Jason Vale
“It’s not just what you’re eating, it’s also about what’s eating you.” Is your diet high in nutrition but low in calories or high in calories and low in nutrition?
